Manager, your staff need more training.
Customer service not observed.
They should also prioritize moving the line.
Cashier was bagging an online order, while the in-store line wasn’t moving.
My plate was complete already.
The other person on the line focused on restocking while people waited in line.
I waited about 3 minutes of silence before she acknowledged me.

I ordered a plate with ‘Sesame Chicken’ as one of the item. They gave me a few VERY LITTLE pieces of chicken. Seriously VERY LITTLE chicken!!
