Niether of the quesadillias were cut or had the sauce on them. I have been disappointed by taco bell before but this is just an extra level of disrespect to a paying customer. The owner should be ashamed but judging by the work ethic of the employees I imagine this is the inevitable outcome of not paying your employees a liviable wage and having a predatory view of customers. Avoid this place at all cost for the price of this disappointing "food" I could have bought a steak dinner.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to (1695 Westbrook Plaza Drive Winston Salem), First the male that got on the speaker said “ Don’t hello me boss, man just go ahead with your order” Rude and nasty.
We apologized and continued with our order, guess he couldn’t take how apologetic we were and someone else took over.
A woman came on and she was just as nasty.
I said you know what I don’t want my food to be handled by anyone that is this vile and canceled my order.
The woman said “bye” but not in a nice way.
If you are that miserable go get a job somewhere else.
I will be reporting you to your general manager Carolyn Carter!

I usually go here, but last night a worker named April threw my burrito into my hands because SHE forgot to put it in the bag.
She told me it was in the bag and she knew it was, so I emptied the entire bag to show her it was not and she got an attitude.
Horrible customer service.
She had an attitude the entire time.
Initially, I walked to the counter to let her know an item was missing and she looked at me and continued on her phone talking to the other girl at the drive-thru window.
Didn't acknowledge me at all, rolled her eyes when I said excuse me over the counter.
