Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Came in at 4 in the afternoon to no Host, according to the server who found us after standing there for five to seven minutes. There were two customers at the bar, and appeared to only be a handful of tables occupied. Once we finally did get seated and order placed, our "food" did come rather quickly.
My wife's burger was overdone, my fish and chips were over fried to the point of being rubbery.
The "tartar sauce" that I received tasted like someone tossed some chopped pickles into some restaurant bulk mayo. The garlic fries we ordered were completely cold, and sitting in puddles of grease. Our server said he'd refill my drink "when he had a chance", even though he appeared to have only two other tables besides ourselves.
Someone else had to remind him to bring my drink out, and he never offered to refill my wife's. There were crayons and large food chunks under the table next to us, no sign of anyone doing any kind of cleaning. It was impossible to hold a conversation due to the music being extremely loud. We've enjoyed Red Robin stores across the country, and by far, this was the worst example of the chain I've ever seen. I definitely will not be back.

First time coming in here.
It was a little busy but I got seated at the bar which was not a problem at all.
The server at the bar was very attentive and also really good with hearing out my order.
My food came out pretty quick and it was good.
My burger I ordered was medium well and it was prefect.
My fries were crispy also.
I will definitely be back.
The first impression was a lasting impression.

So the wife and I always enjoyed Red Robin here and there.
This one last year had some staff issues and poor food quality the few times we visited.
We stopped going until recently this year and have gone several times and it has made a 180° turn around! Service each time was fantastic and fast which refills for drinks and fries! Food came out great and cooked to the right temp that I asked for! So long as it keeps going like this I would highly recommend it for a great place for family dinner or even a sit down for a couple of drinks.
Whoever took over as manager or if it was a change in staff, good job with what you have done to the place! Side note the new burnt end burger has amazing flavor!
