Had ordered a Cravings Box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a crispy taco 🌮 and a zero-sugar Mountain Dew.
Cool and quiet inside.
Sat in, enjoyed.
Everything was good.
And it was my first time at this location.

I would give less than 1 star if I could.
Absolutely no one that works here can form a full sentence in English.
Marking orders as complete through the app only to not have it ready when you arrive.
Normally not a real issue but when you’re under a time crunch…and then being told that a refund cannot be administered because the order took place online? No real customer care, and waiting for a response via email even tho the $$ is immediately taken from your account.
Just go to the one on OST.

This is a good example of the new Taco Bell that the corporate changes have made. Nice clean restaurant, bathrooms require manager escort. Food was great, nothing special.
At least you're able to refill your drinks yourself.(which is a plus+) Now my disappoints, No One talks to you anymore to say hi or Boo! (At Halloween) Except when they call your name to get your order. If you want customer service i.e.
workers to talk to you GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH.
This is exactly what their corporate wants. Like I said good food nothing else special.
I do enjoy their food.
