My wife went through the drive through at this location.The staff was asking her personal questions, regarding her occupation.I would love to know what that has to do with fulfilling an order at Taco Bell.Do they do something different with the food, depending on what one does for a living? It seems like a privacy issue that the franchise owner needs to address.We will not be going to this location any longer.
Order said it was ready and pick up at counter for take out.I waited an additional 5 minutes and finally someone on the back line looked up at the counter and I asked about my food (lady had just come back from break), and she didn't say a word....she just pointed to the drive thru window. What? I need to go to the drive thru instead of what my order stated? Pick up? She turned around and not another word was said. 5 minutes after that, the drive thru guy brings my order up to the take out counter shelves. Everything inside was cold and chips had to have been just thrown in, because they were scattered all over inside.Really disappointed this time around.Oh!!! That soft shell taco I received? Rolled it up so tight that it was half the size of a dollar bill....folded in half! Disgusting!
Absolute hot garbage service, ordered delivery and when my food arrived I was tempted to drive back to have them re make it correctly. Order was incorrect.Only correct part of the order was the hash brown left out of one Bacon AM Crunchwraps. Extras on items that were ordered and paid for weren't received. Tortillas on crunchwraps arrived cracked, dry and falling apart. Nacho fries had either none or very little seasoning and the dipping sauce was incorrect. Breakfast salsa and Fire sauces left out of order. Hassled the delivery driver when they arrived to pick up food to be delivered.
