'eh' is a good way to describe my experience. First of all, the bathrooms were "out of order"....both of them.
Which is a violation of restaurant establishment code.
You need to have at least 1 functioning restroom for a dining room to be open at a restaurant. Also, with the new "kiosk ordering", it just felt empty and non-catering inside.
No one at the front to greet you.
I never saw an employee until one quickly put my food on the counter, then once again went to the back. However the food came out quickly and was quite good.
Hot, fresh and fast.
The tea wasn't the best but definitely not bad. I probably would not return unless I was in the area and craving taco Bell.
There are plenty of eating places around I feel may be more welcoming.

It was slow ordering, forced to use kiosk by young man behind the register, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get the bathroom unlocked again by the same worker probably another 10 minutes waiting on our food and definitely wasn't fast the food was okay and the service was not up to par, hope this location does better will not recommend nor return

They skimp on the cheese cups and that's why I hate this location! I accidentally ordered to the wrong local on the app and was mad at myself when i realized my mistake.
Ya'll need to do better! The 9601 Westheimer location is better.
