As a longtime Taco Bell fan, I recently visited the location on E Champlain Dr in Fresno, and while it had its ups, it definitely left me with mixed feelings. 🌮

The drive-thru was quick, and my Crunchy Taco Supremes were hot and fresh, but the ambiance was more frigid than comfortable - I had to eat in a jacket! 😅

The staff could use a little more enthusiasm; a coupon issue turned into a bit of an awkward moment. My mom's Nachos Bell Grande turned out soggy due to an excess of beans, so next time, we're sticking to homemade nachos!

Overall, I hope they can bring the quality back
