I am livid with the cooking staff at this location.The cashiers are just wonderful and helpful, but the cooks are fowl.I work 3rd shift & most times, because of my hectic schedule I only eat once a day & there is a good chance that I may go to this location 2-4 times a week.Mainly because it's open that late, the drive thru is steady and the neighborhood is a safe atmosphere (right next door to the fire dept.).The last 4 times I've been there in a week and a half, the cooks purposely botched my order.I order the exact same thing every time, same alterations and I pay roughly the same amount each time.But when I get home, the extra chicken I PAID for is reduced to less than half of the regular serving.If I ask for extra avocado ranch, they choose to put none at all.These repeat incidents is giving me not leaving the drive thru line until I've fully inspected all my food and catch this petty rude cook red handed.I spend sometimes as much as $40 there or no less than $25 (I went there 4 times this week).I've contacted Taco Bell online help website and filed a complaint and I will personally go in tomorrow and approach a daytime manager and show the uneaten food because basically after this cooks jokes, the most of my plate is rice! Yep, a power bowl that literally had 3 tiny pieces of chicken and the rest was just rice and refried beans.I also have pictures of this sad plate that cost me me $16 of the $23 I spent! Heed my warning, if you pay more for your food to have extra or alterations then do not leave that drive thru without thoroughly checking your food.I pray management sees this and confronts the ignorance on 3rd shift cooks. Note: the food looks messy because I literally used my fingers to find the meat that I had paid for and to the right of the picture, that is all the chicken I could find! I also paid for extra lettuce this time and you see there is barely any there.Keep in my mind, I did not eat anything on this plate.The lack of ingredients in size and covering the plate is how I found it when I took it out of the bag. P.S.you probably wonder how I know it's the cooks.The previous night, I mentioned my concerns to the cashier and as I explained my unique dilemma on previous meals, one of the guys from the back kept hanging around the cashier, looking over his shoulder at me, looking at my bag that was in front of the cashier and looking at the screen.I never seen that behavior before, usually the cashier is there in that space, solo.It took a second for me to realize he'd been sent up there to find out what I was upset about.
They have a lot of staff that treat the dine in customers awful.Especially if they have to take your order at the counter.They really don't clean the eating areas very well.You have to ask them for a code to the restrooms because they have locks installed on the doors.This Taco Bell is just horrible.
I came to grab a quick bite for my son and I and our food was cold.We ordered a cruchwrap meal and the drink was flat.This the 4th time I've been to this location and something was wrong.I like this one cause it's closer to my house but i think it's time to stop coming here.
