I came in at around 1 today.
The lady was genuinely very nice, and efficient.
I made a pick up order and she was so kind to wait to make my friends freeze until he walked in so it wouldn't melt.
So nice!!

Went through drive thru, the cashier told us we couldn't pick up an online order and make an order.
Said that we had to "drive around the building to make another order".
We had 1 car behind us, I would understand if there were 3 or 4 more additional cars so it just seems weird.
The only other issue I had was that one of my street tacos was thrown in the bag without being wrapped.
More than likely not stopping by at night, I trust they're day crew better. As a company you should be offering these folk a more prominent pay, actual benefits that can assist them and their families.
If you paid your folks better, treated them better and such, maybe they would treat your customers better.

Food was so soggy we couldnt eat it.
We could not exchange it either because we were the lasts ones there before they closed.
