I ordered the chicken lo mein, roast pork egg roll, and scallion pancakes by takeout recently.The food arrived ridiculously fast and was hot and delicious.I wish there had been more scallions in the pancakes but they were still good.Portion sizes were good for a single person.I often expect more Chinese food for the price but everything was classically cooked.I would order from here again the menu is extensive.
Not exaggerating but food ordered was already at our doorstep before the call ended! The rice that came with Happy Family a sauce under Chef's Specialty was rubbery and insipid. Corn Soup and Yang Zhou Fried Rice was just okay as both meals lacked personality. Lastly, the Shrimp Prawn was dry and without seasoning. #NeverAgain
They would have gotten a much higher grade but the rice was either old or very poorly prepared.It smelled like old oil and tasted off.I saw a few orange spots that I thought was scorching marks but either way it was pretty awful tasting for rice.It's a Chinese restaurant.How do you mess up the rice out of everything else? The veggies were awesome though.
