We had the most AMAZING dinner at Swiss Hibiscus!! After we ordered our meals and sat down, we were immediately served hot rolls with Martin’s dressing and Martin’s hot dressing.
The rolls were light and fluffy and both dressings were delicious. We started with cheese fondue and French bread cubes.
It was so good and plenty for the 4 of us.
Then we had the French onion soup and Potato Leek soup.
Each had excellent flavor.
The house salat and cabbage salat both had Martin’s dressing on them and were very fresh. Our entrees were very filling.
The pork Osso buco had an amazing sauce and fell right off the bone.
The linguine was very tasty.
The roast chicken sandwich was seasoned perfectly.
The bratwurst with browned onions, au jus and spatzli was fantastic.
The chicken wienerschnitzel was perfectly seasoned, lightly breaded and crispy and the spatzli was wonderful. We did make room for desserts.
Their special was profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and melted chocolate.
We got 2 orders.
We also got a house-made chocolate chip cookie ice cream cookie sandwich and vanilla ice cream with melted chocolate. The service was impeccable.
Both servers were very kind and attentive.
The chef has put her heart and soul into the preparation of our meals.
We are looking forward to our next visit!

Cute cozy place with amazing food! Good vegetarian options too.
They can customize things too which is great. The service was particularly good too.
Full service! That’s sadly rare these days but I can’t wait to come back.

The waiters & staff were all extremely kind and pleasant.
I would highly recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is very small! The food was all very authentic & SO DELICIOUS.
It brought back wonderful memories from travels in Europe.
