Swiss Hibiscus is a hidden gem in Portland! We had the most delightful dinner, starting with their warm, fluffy rolls paired with Martin’s dressing. The cheese fondue was a hit, perfect for sharing!

For entrees, the chicken wienerschnitzel was light and crispy, while the bratwurst with spätzli was flavorful and fulfilling.

We couldn't resist dessert - the warm profiteroles are simply divine!

The cozy atmosphere, incredible staff, and authentic Swiss flavors make this spot truly special. Don’t skip the chance to visit… oh, and definitely make a reservation! 🍽️✨
