The High Water Mark is a gem in Portland! 🎶 With a laid-back vibe, it’s the perfect spot for bar games, great cocktails, and live music. I had the smash burger, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had - juicy and melty! 🍔
The covered patio was fantastic for hanging out with friends, and I loved that dogs are welcome too. Although service can be hit or miss at times, the overall atmosphere makes it a must-visit. Can’t wait to catch another live show here! 🎤✨
