Over the last 6 months, I have been on the hunt of an oyster place that is both affordable and high quality.Swift & Sons Tavern & Oyster Bar is that place.You will find that they have $2 oysters during their Monday through Friday happy hour and during both cubs and bears games.This is THE spot for oysters.Will be back soon.
The food, overall was really good.The non-alcoholic drinks were amazing.I didn’t like their grilled zucchini, I tried and couldn’t get into it.But when I told my server as much, he took it back, gave me the fries I requested and didn’t charge me for the zucchini. The fries were really delicious, and that’s saying something for fries! The half chicken had a different presentation than I expected but it was so tender and seasoned.I loved the oysters and wish I’d gotten more! The place is beautiful and it was nice to hear the cheers from the stadium across the street while watching the game on their screens.It was a great atmosphere and I’d probably go back again on a non game night so I don’t have to walk 10 minutes to get an Uber.

Been here a few times. Service and atmosphere is great, food is okay. I prefer their lunch menu over the brunch one.
