This is their quesadilla with extra cheese and pico.There is no cheese at all, and definitely no pico.Lots of grease though.The tortilla with ground beef did make my tummy stop rumbling though, I hadn’t eaten all day.
My wife and I absolutely love La Mexicana. By far our favorite Mexican food in Chicago. The plantain burrito & steak tacos are delicious & the fried ice cream is a must buy to finish the meal. We probably order La Mexicana every 2 weeks because it is so good. Highly recommended. We've tried other Mexican places but always come back to our La Mex!

I ordered tamales and they were so burnt they were not eatable.I do not recommend this place at all as they refused to refund me.
