This is what they gave me today for the chicken avocado ranch bowl.
Sweetgreen should actually be embarrassed by this.
These are $15 salads and the workers here never fill up the bowls all the way.
Not to mention this one didn’t even have the tortilla chips like it’s supposed to.
They’ve forgotten ingredients multiple times when ordering carry out and we’ve had to go back to have them fix it.
We have to check our salad before we leave every time just to make sure they didn’t forget anything.
And when you let the workers know, they get annoyed and act like you’re the problem.
This might be the worst sweetgreen location in the country.

I eat here often but today this salad was not fresh.
Salad was very poor quality with an abundance of translucent strands everywhere.

I understand that the emphasis is on online orders but it clearly comes at the cost of in store purchases.
The employees are always scraping the bottom of the containers for the little bits of food left in them.
Today I got little to no chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes.
Good salad place but can definitely improve.
