Alright yall, when it gets dark out this place changes on a spiritual level.
I placed an online order and when I was a couple feet from the door an employee walked up, locked it, and ran away like a mischievous troll.
At first i thought he's playing because theres no way he didnt see me.
I had to jiggle the door and wave my hands like a cartoon before the same knucklehead came back and before opening the door all the way asked "u have a door dash order?" I ordered a soup bowl with a handful of toppings, this is what i got.
This was not supposed to be a rice bowl, and it also wasnt supposed to be a sour cream bowl.
(Promise I didnt mix it around to make it look ugly, I tried to eat it and it just looked worse when I stirred it.)

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! This is the second time I have placed an order at this location as I work across the street only to go over and the lights are off and the door locked! I call and the workers don't pick up even though I clearly see them, then a man comes to door and instead of helping and allowing me to wait for my order tells me they are not open (WHEN THEY SHOULD BE) and says my order will be refunded which it still has not!!!!! If I could leave a NEGATIVE rating for customer service this morning I would, but sadly have to give one star which is definitely not deserved! DO better Qdoba!!!!

I ordered through uber eats.
The burrito was okay.
The salsa was stale.
I was not able to take more than two bites.
They also ran out of steak according to the uber driver and they took a long time to get the order ready.
I would not recommend this restaurant. Update: After my initial review, the customer service team was courteous and gave a me a free entree to give QDOBA another shot. I went today for lunch and as I opened the door, I was welcomed nicely but with a I AM CLOSED! The door was open, people were waiting and not posted signage that it was closed. Obviously, something is wrong with this place.
It is either the food quality or their customer service. I gave them a second chance and not even with a free enteee voucher I'll come back.
