Love the eggs benedict.
Absolutely delicious.
My partner loves the Millionaire's Bacon & Bottomless Mimosas.
Strawberry is his favorite. We love sitting outside; haven't eaten inside.
It seems like it would be too loud because they are always busy. We have always had to wait in line, but thankfully, we usually come at the perfect time.
Today, we had about a 25-minute wait to sit outside. The staff are all so friendly and helpful.
If you're in the area and in the mood for a great breakfast or brunch, definitely come here.
You won't regret it.

THEY SERVED FOOD ON DIRTY DISHES I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at sweet maple.
My sister and I arrived 40 minutes before closing time and were served food on dirty dishes.
When we pointed it out to the waitress she dismissed us and said that was just how the plates looked and that it would not come off and then just walked away.
My sister proceeded to wipe egg off her plate and it was clearly wiped off on her napkin (she had ordered a crepe with strawberries so there should be no reason to have egg splatter on her plate).
We even asked a table next to us (a group of four young white women) if they were served on similar plates and they were shocked and agreed our plates were dirty and that the ones they were served on were clean.
When we brought that to the attention of another staff member he continued to dismiss us and asked us if we wanted are dirty food to go.
We asked if they could remake the food to go and not want the food that was served on dirty dishes.
We got no apology or any kind of resolution the waiter proceeded to make snarky remarks towards us, my sister and I both work in the service industry and have never had something like that happen and if it were to occur we would rectify it immediately.
I do not like to cause issues or be harsh to staff as I understand it can be a stressful environment but to not even get any kind of apology or acknowledgement was truly disappointing.
I’ve had long called sweet maple my favorite brunch spot and have been going for many years with no issues.
For a 75 dollar brunch (which we paid for) we definitely would have hoped for a better experience.

Still dream about the millionaires bacon! Showed up at around 10am on Saturday morning, line out the door! Do not let that discourage you! Due to thier amazing customer service they move that line quick! Ordered the classic stack with eggs and the pancakes were so soft, flavorful and just the right thickness.
Do not skip out on the millionaire bacon.
Yes it is pricey but you will never forget that savory taste of all the pepper, rendered fat and slight sugary sweetness exploded in your mouth! This breakfast spot has become our go to breakfast spot whenever we are in SF! Glad to hear they’re opening a new down in Santa Monica! This establishment is one of the few that delivers on all the hype around it and it definitely deserves it!
