Sushi Hikari Moe is a hidden gem in Springfield! 🍣 The trendy yet casual atmosphere made it a perfect spot for a solo dinner. I ordered the teriyaki salmon and a few small plates, including the edamame and rainbow roll - both were fresh and delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the relaxed vibe. Free street parking is a plus, and the takeaway option makes it convenient for lunch too. I can’t wait to go back and try more! Highly recommend... 😊
