Sushi Brokers is a delightful find in Gilbert! 🍣 I visited for dinner and was impressed by the trendy, cozy atmosphere. The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented; I highly recommend the Dragon Roll!
Their cocktail menu is a must-try - try the Mango Mojito for a refreshing sip. Service was incredibly fast, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal without feeling rushed. The happy hour specials are excellent, too!
With outdoor seating options and wheelchair accessibility, it’s perfect for everyone. I can’t wait to return for more sushi and those desserts! 🍰

Honestly this place looks great.I however was looking for more budget options and they just don't have that.Meals drinks and gratuity expect to pay upwards of $50 a person.For a nice night out I would be more than happy to do this but the day I wandered in I realized I was not their target demographic.
Pretty tasty but we only tried a couple rolls.Kinda pricey for a decent roll.Read the menu carefully since not all rolls are seaweed rolled.Some were soy paper and some were just fish.Definitely wouldn't try all the rolls since they were kinda nontraditional.Personally not a fan of soy paper and the one wrapped in fish had no rice...so it's not even sushi...
