I've been to this location several times and each time gets worse.
The wait time is completely unacceptable.
This time we waited more than 5 minutes at the register just to be greeted or talked to, and when they finally did, we were told the wait would be 40 minutes...
for a hamburger...
and when i inquired why, the cashier told us they had a lot of online orders that were ahead of us.
It was noon, and there were only 3 parties in the restaurant and all seemed completely annoyed to have to wait.
Why even have an open seating restaurant if you only seem to cater to online ordering? We left without ordering.
This was the last visit I will make to this location, management clearly doesn't care and customer service is not a thing anymore.

Really weird experience.
As I walk up to the register, I started speaking the guy rudely cut me off and just stared at me and said “for here or togo” in the worst tone.
It was the rudest customer service i’ve ever experienced.
All I did was say “hi” 😂.
I’m not surprised all Smashburgers are closing down after this experience.

We waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers and a kids chicken tender.
There were a few door dashes that came through, but other then that, nothing.
The burgers not only took a long time but they were burnt and not smashed.
The guy next to us had the same issue with his burger and waited almost 15 minutes for a new burger.
Fries and chicken tenders were good.
