Some of the best sushi I’ve had in the world.
The buffet option is amazing value if you eat as much as I do.
The sashimi is possibly the best I’ve had, even better than most in Japan.
Great hot dishes too.
Amazing spring rolls.
Very good uramaki.
Fantastic service too.

We went for the buffet option, I would say the food is good for the price, the plates look beautiful, but don’t expect high quality sushi there. I didn’t like the tuna they use, everything with tuna like tuna tartar and tuna rolls was not good, but the rest was ok. The service on the other hand is not good, you are supposed to fill a paper with your orders for the round, they did not get all the plates, when we asked, they said to order it again on the second round.
We did, the second round the food comes slow, and the third round, well, they basically if us and didn’t bring anything till we reminded them, twice.. They do that on purpose, so you wait between rounds and you get full, I noticed the issue with the third round being delayed is happening with the tables next to me, they ignore you, and then bring the food only when you remind them,

The sushi was not even mediocre, just plain bad, the salmon nigiri was so fishy I can't even bear to eat more than one piece.
The least they can serve was at least some decent nigiris.
But it was not just the food because the service was also horribly slow.
It was not even half full but it took two hours and half for three rounds that we didn't even order four plates for each one.
For the worse they didn't even bring what you order.
For the this price and quality there are so many other sushi buffet options in Madrid.
