La Taberna de Pepe offers a delightful escape in Madrid with its relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I tried the entraña, and it was cooked perfectly - tender and flavorful. The salad with ventresca was a refreshing complement, and I can't resist mentioning their fantastic cocktails! The staff were friendly, even during the busy hour, ensuring we felt welcomed. While parking can be tricky, it's well worth the effort for a casual dining experience. I’ll definitely be back for more tapas... 🍷
