Succotash is a delightful brunch spot in Kansas City! 🌞 I swung by for the highly recommended pork hash and ended up sampling a few breakfast treasures - especially loved the unique twist on pigs in a blanket!

Their French toast was heavenly, while the massive pancakes are definitely meant to share!

The vibe is cozy and trendy, with friendly staff enhancing the experience. Although the ordering setup felt a bit chaotic, the flavorful food more than made up for it. I’ll be returning for that fantastic French toast...🍽️
