I was excited to grab a quick lunch at Subway, but unfortunately, it was closed due to the Fiesta Hotel and Casino being torn down. Such a bummer, especially since I had a craving for their classic Italian BMT! 😔

Past visits had me enjoying the fresh ingredients and made-to-order sandwiches, but I can’t recall ever leaving completely satisfied with the service. I remember being charged extra for a salad that felt underwhelming without the usual toppings.

Let’s hope Subway finds a new location soon! 🍞
