This is hands down the worst subway I've been to.I work in food service so I understand it's a stressful job at times so I always cut employees some slack.However, immediately upon taking my order, I knew I was going to be leaving a review.The two ladies that work there, (darker skin and hair, older complexion) were incredibly rude.Cut me off every time I spoke, and didn't give me a single smile throughout the entire thing.Then when my order was complete I was expecting them to hand me my receipt and say that I was all set, but they just sat there speaking to each other in another language, and then started speaking to the next customer, completely ignoring my request for a receipt.Incredibly rude, terrible service.Go to jimmy johns.
Got here 15 minutes before 8pm which is closing time and the door was locked.The two ladies that were in there didn’t even acknowledge us, say sorry we’re closed or anything.The last time I came to this location same lady that looked at us through the window was very stingy with toppings.You can definitely tell this is a privately owned location and the owners are not about being very customer service oriented almost getting the feeling that you’re a nuisance for having her make you a sandwich.No wonder this place is only 2 stars.Pick another location.
While the store was very clean, the service and food is disappointing.I stopped there last night to get a wrap.There was a lady with 2 kids who ordered 3 sub sandwiches, 2 footlongs and a 6" veggie sub in front of me.The Indian lady made the one footlong as a 6" and the 6" a footlong.The customer corrected her politely but the employee was rude about it.As that was being addressed, the Indian lady making my wrap asked what I wanted on mine.I told her and before I could finish saying what I wanted on mine, she started to wrap it up.She seemed annoyed when I said that I'm sorry but I wasn't finished yet.I asked for black olives and she used her fingertips to grab like 4.I had to ask for extra black olives 3 times to get a normal portion.I even said that I had no problem paying extra if need be.She put mayo, salt, and pepper on my wrap as I asked.When I asked for extra mayo, she put more salt and pepper instead.As the lady ahead of me was preparing to pay for her 3 sandwiches, they had put her 3 subs in one long thin bag that they used.The bag looked like it was about to bust.The employee got an attitude when the customer asked for another bag for her chips and cookies.The customer finally said that they could be more polite as she was never once rude to them and she wasn't.The employee just waved her hand in the manner of "shoo go away." Then said to me that she had no idea what the customer said.I repeated, "she said that you could be more polite." The 2 female employees acted as if having customers was a bother to them and spoke to each other in their native language.To have that customer's 3 subs put in one long thin brown paper bag squished together yet they put my 1 wrap in a big brown bag with handles.For 1 wrap and 2 bags of chips, I paid over $19.They made the sandwiches with as little ingredients as possible but want to charge an arm and a leg for it.Unfortunately the few times I've been to this location, the employees are rude.I don't eat Subway often and this location it just about 2 miles from my house.In the future if I want Subway, I will go out of my way to a different location.
