I recently visited the Subway on N Lombard St, and my experience was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the variety of sandwich options, the execution was lacking. I placed an online order, but was disheartened when my Tuna Sub turned into a soggy shredded chicken sandwich! 🌩️

The service also felt slow; there was only one staff member working diligently, but a smile would’ve gone a long way. I will say, though, my last visit was much better - the staff were friendly and made everything just right.

I hope they improve their communication and efficiency soon... 🍞
