I stopped by the Subway at Pilot Travel Center, and it was a mixed experience. 🥪

The good: the place was clean, and they offer a solid selection of healthy options, including vegan choices! I really appreciated that the staff took care to accommodate dietary preferences.

However, the service was a bit hit-or-miss. While one staff member, Shelly, was exceptional and friendly, I noticed some inconsistencies in sandwich prep - my cheese was unmelted, and the meat felt a bit cold.

Overall, it's a casual spot perfect for a quick bite, but I hope they work on staff training! 🌟
