Edelweiss Restaurant is a delightful haven for German cuisine! 🇩🇪

We indulged in the crispy pork schnitzel and succulent bayrischer schweinebraten, paired with magnificent potato pancakes that stole the show - savory and slightly sweet with fresh applesauce. The thick fries were hot and perfectly seasoned, and the house soup was a comforting start!

The cozy pub atmosphere and fast, friendly service from Alli made our evening unforgettable. Don’t miss their buffet nights on Wednesdays for a fantastic deal! I’ll definitely be returning to relive this culinary experience! 🍺🍽️
