Subway at Rady Children's Hospital is a mixed bag. 🍽️ The sandwiches are classic and customizable, making for a quick and satisfying lunch. I tried the Veggie Delight - it was fresh, albeit the veggies could use a bit more crispness.

However, the service can be hit or miss. The staff seemed overwhelmed during lunchtime, which is understandable given the hospital's busy environment. I witnessed one employee handle a rude customer with impressive composure, but you can tell they need more support from management.
