Subway at Plaza Market is a solid choice for a quick bite, especially if you're after healthy options. The selection of sandwiches caters well to vegetarians, and my favorite has to be the Veggie Delight topped with plenty of jalapeños and olives.

The staff here are friendly and attentive; Crystal helped me craft my order just the way I like it.
