Rosa's Italian Restaurant in Visalia is a delightful find! The moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by a cozy atmosphere. We opted for the fried calamari and a large pepperoni pizza, which were both bursting with flavor - definitely some of the best we’ve had! The hot bread served beforehand was a perfect touch. Though it got a bit warm inside, the friendly staff made our visit enjoyable. Perfect for a casual night out... can’t wait to return! 🍕
