The only person working there was too busy talking on the phone instead of taking our order. He kept asking questions that I had already answered, and I had to repeat myself multiple times.Highly recommend to avoid this location due to the terrible service.
Went twice, first time I did a pickup order and when I arrived a few minutes after the promised time the food wasn’t ready.When I asked when they could make it they said they ran out of ingredients but couldn’t cancel my order for me, so I had to contact subway to get it resolved.Second time I went to order in person no one was there for a good 5 minutes, so I just had to leave and eat somewhere else.Terrible, never going here again.
Was excited to get something to eat after a late night gig.Even got a chance to get a sandwich for someone down on their luck.Mood kinda changed when the person messed up my order.Maybe if she was listening to me instead of complaining about the smell of the homeless person I bought the sandwich for, she would have gotten my order right. 3stars for Subway in Factoria because I don't like giving negative reviews, so I'm just matching what the current average is.
