Location claims to have never received my online order, doesn’t have what I ordered online, and refused to refund my order.When I showed the employee the receipt with his manager on the phone (I believe he initially identified her as “Lisa,” but refused to confirm that when I requested), she essentially called me a liar.The nametag-less employee also would not provide a telephone number for Subway corporate.
This place has a terrible reputation.Don't use their app to order food, 2 of the last 3 tries they accepted order, it’s said done but closed early.Called, someone picked up and said someone called in so he’s closing early.Door dasher is sitting outside.Terrible, terrible experience.
Worst experience, employees don’t listen , and have an attitude for no reason! It took them 10 mins to come from the back!
