I go there everyday.Crystal is the sweetest, nicest lady there, the staff are nice and helpful.Food is healthy and they have a food court you can sit and eat!
Terrible energy and vibe as soon as you walk in.The older white lady who works here is a miserable cow to everyone who stops in to order (I’m assuming her husband doesn’t love her enough, but I can see why!).Not only is her attitude negative; but she doesn’t greet people, slams things, and overall just ruins the experience for customers.She thinks she’s powerful by ruining the vibe, in reality she’s showing how bitter she is and I just feel pity for her.Many students and customers agree she’s a cloud of negativity, almost witch like.However, the younger workers are so nice and respectful, and the environment feels much lighter with them around.IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR DAY RUINED, AVOID THIS LOCATION.Downtown Subway is much more laid back.
The manager, Tony, is the best.Had a last minute catering order for 30 people.Tony and his team went above and beyond to get the platters made and delivered on time on such short notice.Exceptional service and the sandwiches were a hit.Really amazing person to support! Will not forget his kindness and willingness to help.Thank you!
