I recently stopped by Subway on W Sam Houston Pkwy, and while the food was up to the usual standard, the service left much to be desired. I loved my Italian herbs and cheese six-inch sandwich, which was fresh and satisfying. However, only one employee was on duty, and she appeared overwhelmed.

I waited a while to be acknowledged, and the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic. It’s unfortunate since the food was solid! Hopefully, they’ll hire more staff to improve the overall experience. I’ll give it another try soon... 🌯
