September 22, 2024Hickory Barn Barbeque offers a cozy and casual atmosphere, making it a decent spot for a quick bite. I recently tried their brisket, which was tender but lacked the smoky flavor I was hoping for. The sausage link, however, was a pleasant surprise - full of robust taste!
While the service was friendly, I did notice the prices feel a bit high for the portion sizes. It’s a classic joint, but I hope they can bring back the quality and cleanliness it was known for... Would I return? Maybe for the sausage! 🌭
