Oh, when ordering my sub, I was told by the people at the counter that no items are allowed to be “on the side.” I want to sandwich that’s not gonna be soggy when I have time to eat it, but they won’t allow me to have tomatoes and things on the side. Then I tried to order a bowl, there is some brown lettuce on the right, and some green lettuce on the left. When I asked for that with the green lettuce.I was told No.They say they have to use the brown let us first. So I can’t get things on the side and they’re only gonna serve me Brown let us even though they’ve got green lettuce right next to it.These people obviously don’t want my business
Person making the sandwiches was slow and incompetent. My order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after it said it would be, so I had to stand there and wait.He kept making mistakes and I had to correct him, and even then he still managed to mess up.The sandwiches were cold (all but one was toasted) and soggy and gross by the time we got to eat them, and my sister could have died because he put banana peppers on hers when they weren't supposed to be and she's allergic.
Rarely, would I ever review a fast food chain. Most of us are 'In and out' and back to work, right? This subway branch just really took my experience up a notch. While I was in there, I saw organic conversations with some of the regulars -which already was leaving an impression. Then I saw how my sandwich was made and it made me crave my sandwich even further. The way it was assembled and each meat/cheese/veggie was carefully placed -almost how I would make it if I was home. On my way out, the gentleman said "We hope to see you Monday". Thoroughly impressed with my food, customer service was wonderful. What else can I ask for during lunch? My recommendations: Unhealthy option:- Steak with Pepper Jack cheese toasted WITH onions and green peppers on Italian Herb and Cheese bread. After toasted, a smidget of lettuce.Add on the Baja Chipotle/a line of mayo.Take that down with a Miss Vicky's Jalapeño Chips and some Coke.Thank me later.×_×' Healthy option:- Rotisserie Chicken, Swiss Cheese on a Wheat Bread.Toasted.Load this bad boy with all the veggies your heart desires.Avocado.Pepper/Olive oil.Garlic Aioli, Very little light mayo. And wash it down with some H20.
