If you don’t order in person they will mess up your order, 100% guaranteed and to top it off you can’t call to rectify any mistakes they made.I just paid over $30 to get my food delivered and they not only forgot to give me an item (box of cookies) but they DIDNT READ the order all the way! I paid for double meat and double cheese sandwiches, toasted with heavy toppings, they made a regular sandwiches—not double like i paid EXTRA for, they didn’t read any of the order notes that THEY ALLOW YOU TO CHOOSE (light, regular, heavy), they didn’t even put on the one other condiment i ordered on my sandwiches, it’s also COLD and not at all toasted.The order was 2 of the exact same sandwiches and they’re regular sandwiches not the more expensive ones as I mentioned.I used to work at Subway (2018) so I know exactly what should be on the “regular” sandwiches, 10 pieces of pepperoni and 10 salami on a regular footlong sandwich, 4 pieces of cheese—I HAVE 6 PIECES OF PEPPERONI AND 6 PIECES OF SALAMI ON the 1.5x meat (deluxe) footlong i ordered.I got almost the same amount of meat that goes on a 6’ sandwich for about least DOUBLE THE PRICE.I can’t call and ask for a refund or ask for them to remake it.I am disappointed and I want a refund for all the extras I paid for and didn’t receive! My DoorDasher was kind enough to go back to the store to get the cookies they forgot to give her but that literally isn’t her job!!
Changing my review since only 1 out of the last 5 times I have placed a digital online order, has it been correct.Very frustrating.Becoming like every other fast food place where you have to open up the bags and sandwiches before you leave to make sure correct.I always even provide tips when I order in the hopes workers will appreciate it but I guess they are like all other fast food employees.Just there to get a paycheck and that's it.It wasn't even busy.No other customers there.
Wow never seen a subway so slow an no organization.2 workers seemed liked they were dazed.One person in front of me an we stood there for 25 mins.Lady behind me was late back to work won't be able to eat her meal on break.Meat wasn't cut.They were messing up change to customers.Moving like thick honey smh.I wasn't in a rush at all.They had no napkins in the store was told not until Thurs.Bathroom was disgusting.I used to eat this location frequently but will not be back until serious change of workers an service get better.
