I’ve never left a review before but my mom and I had such a terrible experience here today.it took almost 20 minutes for them to make 3 sandwiches.two of them ended up on the wrong bread and one did not get the right meat.there was a severe language barrier and unfortunately the worker just did not seem to understand what we were asking for.the bacon was floppy, the lettuce was soggy and brown and tomatoes were old.$40 and 20 minutes later we ended up throwing away the sandwiches.never had such an unfortunate experience at a subway before
Ordered two sandwiches for dinner last night.Mine was great.My wife ordered the same bread as I did, but her sandwich roll was as hard as a rock.Ended up throwing half of it in the garbage.Not impressed.
Was over charged for an extra sandwich I didn’t order (a mobile order was tacked on mine) and denied a refund due to lack of manager on duty.I had the employee make me the extra sandwich since I wasn’t coming back to shake 6 bucks out of a manager who might some day be around to handle things.Not mad at the trainee, annoyed this place can’t keep staff long enough to run a business, clearly someone isn’t stepping up.
