Jakai ( sorry if I misspelled his name) was great , made the sandwiches fast , with quality and care , very friendly , 10/10 go see him , he’ll make you a good sandwich

Placed an online order.
Went to pick up the order after 30 mins.
When asked where my order was, the lady replied in a rude way “We are busy”.
I canceled my order.
Will never visit this place.

I never like to complain but there is heavy set lady working there when I went to pickup my sandwich that I ordered online the comment was "I just got your order you have to wait." This was said in a very nasty tone quite rude and my order had been placed 15 minutes earlier.
The service was bad and the attitude terrible.
I stop at another Subway a minimum of twice a week, I will not be reordering from 770 Wethersfield Ave again.
