Kaliubon Ramen & Poke is a delightful surprise tucked away in Wethersfield! The miso ramen I tried was wonderfully rich, with just the right amount of tender chashu. We also couldn't resist the lamb baos, which were absolutely delicious! The casual atmosphere is perfect for families, and the service was impressively quick. Just a heads up, the space is small, so consider a reservation if visiting during peak hours. Can’t wait to return for more tasty dishes! 🍜
