this truly is just sad and I’m not even sure a good enough excuse for something like this! I did an online order on the app and this is what my sandwich was when I received it.
Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until I was already back at work and I didn’t have time to go back but I just don’t feel like this can be ignored.

This place is awesome.
I asked him to do vegetarian menu and he did it in a perfect way and a good manner.
Ishak was very helpful to me.
It was a clean store.
I suggest it.

Asked for toasted sandwiches, but the cheese was not melted at all and the meat was cold.
Service is sub par.
Not sure why the owners/management dont understand from all the other reviews that customer service + consistency = $$$$.
I would rather drive to firehouse subs than to visit again.
