Subway at Skibo Rd is a reliable choice for a quick bite! I popped in for a late lunch and opted for the classic turkey sub. It was fresh, loaded with veggies, and just what I needed. 🥪

The atmosphere is casual, making it perfect for solo dining or grabbing a bite with friends. I appreciated the wheelchair accessibility and that the restaurant was clean throughout.

While I was bummed there were no chocolate chip cookies after 7 PM, the friendly cashier and solid sandwich made up for it. I’ll definitely be back for more – can’t resist those healthy options! 😄
