I ordered a medium iced chai with cold foam in a large cup because i like to have room in my drinks.
They refused to put my drink in a larger cup (I explained that I didn’t want more of the drink, just space).
They made my drink completely wrong and charged me for incorrect items, (milk, cream, and vanilla) i work at Starbucks and don’t understand why they didn’t simply charge me for cold foam.
To top it off they seemed unaware of what cold foam is and confused with my order.
Terrible service with a worse attitude.
Will never return here

I just wanted to say big thank you to Laura she's the best server from this shop always smile on her face and always happy to help and do extra mile for her customers 😊!!

Great service from Celia, she speaks perfect English! Perfect for foreigners, I came especially from Belgium.
She even drew a heart in my coffee.
