Asador 7 de Julio offers a delightful Basque dining experience that stands out in Madrid. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for families or groups. I tried the PULPO A LA BRASA, and it was sensational - tender and perfectly seasoned. I also appreciated the variety of options, including healthy choices on the salad bar.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our group felt welcome. Only downside was a slight wait during peak hours, but it was worth it. Definitely planning to return! 🍽️
