Was in SLC for a conference and wanted to eat here on my way to the airport.
The place is kinda sketchy in a run down building.
But the restraunt itself is not too bad, needs a little bit more cleaning though (especially the bathrooms, which sucked). Regarding the food, I only tried the Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan.
Both were amazingly delicious.
The curry was perfectly flavored, not too spicy (they'd ask for your preference, which is nice).
Honestly, one of the best Tikka Masala I've ever had.
The naan was also soft and perfectly baked.
The rice that accompanied curry was kinda weird, though.
I believe they added a bit of oil to make the rice flaky, but it gave me the sense that it's stale.
Finally, tried their gulab jamun, which was also quite delicious.
I assume they made it fresh.
The service was also nice; the lady who took my order was pretty friendly.
The restaurant deserves to be in a better environment.

This is an unassuming, casual, clean, friendly restaurant with outstanding food.
I typically order the goat, or chicken, and either medium or hot spice.
This is my go to spot for Indian food in slc.
There are some fabulous Indian restaurant in the area but this one in my favorite just because the food is authentic and delicious, the place is clean, the staff is very kind, and one of the perks of being in what must have been a hotel diner, the booths can seat 6 comfortably.

Authentic homely Punjabi food, very friendly staff.
Enjoyed the food, the samosa and pakora with the special sauce was awesome.
