Chubby's Mexican Restaurant is a solid choice for a quick bite! The atmosphere is casual and inviting, perfect for lunch or dinner. I tried the taco and tostada combo with chorizo, which packed a flavorful punch. The smothered burrito was decent, though it could’ve used a bit more seasoning.
