Star Kitchen in Denver is an absolute gem! 🥟 Whenever I’m in town, I always make it a point to visit. On my latest trip, the wait was around an hour, but boy, was it worth it! The dim sum here is the best I’ve had in the country.

We indulged in their siu mai, beef meatballs, and the delicious chive balls - all fresh and bursting with flavor. The service is always friendly, thanks to George for making it special! Expect a lively atmosphere, especially on weekends. Can’t wait to go back! 😋✨
