Dining at Spire was a delightful experience! The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between cosy and upscale, making it ideal for a romantic dinner or a special family meal. I began with the king scallops paired with a lovely glass of prosecco, which set the tone for the evening.

The beef wellington was a showstopper - tender and flavorful, although I found the starter a bit small for the price. A wide tea selection is a bonus, and I appreciated the attentive service, even though we waited longer for extra veggies. Reservations are a must, as it gets busy! 🍷
