I recently dined at The Exchange Restaurant located in the Hilton, and my experience was quite mixed. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for a casual meal, but it felt a bit cramped with a loud football match playing in the background.

The tea selection is impressive, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the cups - one even had lipstick on the rim. The staff were friendly and attentive, doing their best despite the chaos. A decent meal overall, but not sure if I'd return quickly! 🍵
